Reviews and Ratings
My family had a wonderful 10-night stay at this hotel during our first trip to Vietnam. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with any requests. We loved the in-house restaurant and found the food quite enjoyable. However, the bathroom could use better lighting, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent in the evenings.
We had a pleasant two-week stay at this hotel, which provided us with a spacious room and a decent in-house restaurant. The staff were attentive and offered helpful recommendations, but lighting in the bathroom could use some improvement, and there was a bit of noise from the busy surroundings.
I had a pleasant two-week stay at Ngoc Lan hotel, which turned out to be a great choice for my family. The spacious room was a highlight, as it included both a double bed and a single bed, making it comfortable for us. While the in-house restaurant served delicious food that reminded me of home, I did notice some issues with the bathroom lighting. Overall, the hotel was a good value for our money, but minor improvements could elevate the experience.
I had a solid experience at this hotel during my recent stay. The rooms were generally comfortable and met my expectations, but the TV channels were a bit glitchy. The staff was friendly, and the overall value for the price was quite good, although there were some downsides regarding breakfast options for vegetarians and limited Wi-Fi in the evenings.
I had a decent experience at this hotel during my business trip to Vietnam. I initially booked a $25 room but had to upgrade to a $30 room due to the lack of a window, which made a noticeable difference. The Wi-Fi was free but often poor during the evenings, making it tough to connect. As a vegetarian, I found the complimentary breakfast options quite limited, which was disappointing.
